KB005500: “Some samples used to build the tree have been removed from the experiment. Cannot launch tree” 

This error is generally seen if some of the samples used to create a Hierarchical tree were removed using the Add / Remove option, in the ‘Quality Control on Samples window’. In case this option was used, please add the samples back into the experiment, using the same option to inspect the hierarchical tree.
