I would like to view the scatter plot for 2-color array using Cy3 signal(control) and Cy5 signal(treatment) in GeneSpring GX. How can I do that?
GeneSpring GX imports the cy5/cy3 ratio for a two color experiment. Hence, it is not possible to view a scatter plot with cy3 and cy5 value.
