KB005493: Availability of gene expression profile in discontinuous mode- GeneSpring GX. 

To view the gene expression profile in a discontinuous mode, follow the steps below:
Go to Workflow Browser -> Select Create Interpretation -> Uncheck ‘Average over replicates’ in step 2 of 3 -> Save the Interpretation.
Now, select that interpretation and then go to ‘View’ menu and select ‘Profile Plot’.
