  • Is it possible to draw scatter plots in GeneSpring GX of Affymetrix Exon array expression data using the signal rather than the normalised expression values?

      To draw a scatter plot on raw signal values, please go to ‘View’ menu and select ‘Plot List Associated Values’. In this window please select ‘Raw Signal Values’ in 'Signal Values to Show' option, and select ‘Scatter plot’.
