  • How to  export the Exon number or probe set number which is given in the splicing visualisation, into a spreadsheet?

      To export the Exon number or probeset number into a spread sheet, try the following 2 options:

      1. Right click on the spreadsheet from in the ‘Signal values’ or ‘Gene normalized signal’ tab -> Export as -> Text
      2. Right click on the spreadsheet from in the ‘Signal values’ or ‘Gene normalized signal’ tab -> Copy ->  Paste it in Spreadsheet
