KB005487: To export the entire view of Heat map -GeneSpring GX 

You could export the Heat map by following the path below:
Heat map view -> Right click ‘Export as’ -> Image
Select the destination to save the file. ' Un-check the option 'Export only the image under view' -> Decrease the Print height ->You may increase the Print width -> Change the unit to 'cm' -> Select OK
