KB005486: Not possible to extract the normalised data files from GeneSpring GX 10 

In GeneSpring GX extracting the Normalized data files for each sample is not possible. But one could export the normalized values for all the entities in all the samples. You could do this from exporting the entity list as text from the spread sheet view.
Please follow the steps below:
Launch the spread sheet on all entities -> Right Click -> Export as -> Text
Or
From the Experiment navigator select ‘All Entities’ and export the list.
