Why do I get the error message 'Could not configure Technology'?
This error is generally see when two instances of GeneSpring GX10 are open and then one of the GeneSpring GX 10 instance is closed. Hence, you are unable to download the technology. It is important that only one instance of GeneSpring GX 10 is open at a time. Please close all instances of GeneSpring GX 10 and open it again. Now, you should be able to download the technology.
