We have created a custom technology, however when we create the experiment with this custom technology, the following error message is seen: “Error while importing, please use different set of rules and try again”. Why are we getting this error?
This error could be seen due to the incorrect assignment of the annotation file. Please download the appropriate annotation file corresponding to the data file and create the custom technology with it followed by experiment creation.
