Why I am getting an error ‘No matching entities found for the input list. Select another list and try again’, while performing the pathway analysis?
In case the selected algorithm for Pathway analysis does not find any entity that honors the criteria, this error message appears. The user needs to select a different algorithm (for example, Network Targets or Network Regulators) or another entity list for the analysis.
