In GeneSpring GX 10 you would be unable to export the pathways independently. However, if the user exports Project zip, then the related pathways would get exported as well. Follow the steps below to export the project from one system and importing it onto another one:
Exporting the project: In the menu bar -> Project -> Export project zip -> save the .zip file
Importing the project: In the menu bar -> Project -> Import project zip
But, in order to see the pathways it is necessary that the pathway interaction databases associated with the pathway is present on the system. Please download the pathway interaction database for the specific organism to view the pathways.
