Is it possible to use the common interaction database for other organisms which are not there in the standard list?
Even though the common interaction database has the information common to all organisms, the user would not be able to carry out Pathway analysis if the Organism is not present in the standard list of Pathway Interaction database.
But, the user could download the BioPAX pathways of the desired organism and carry out the “Find Significant Pathways” after the creation of ‘Pathway Organism’ by following the steps below:
Go to menu bar -> Annotations -> Create Pathway Organism
