There are several columns of annotation in each row in my data file. I would like to know which column is being used as the identifier list for the ‘Find Significant Pathways’ analysis?
To perform the find significant pathways analysis in GeneSpring GX10, the query gene list should have one of the annotations like Entrez ID, GeneSymbol and Swissprot ID. Any of these three columns could be used to match the entities between the entity list and the pathway.
