I would like to see the "absolute" amount of expression for each probeset in the entity list.Is there a more efficient way to do this other than clicking entity list inspector?
Other than Entity List Inspector, you could see the raw and normalized signal values by exporting the entity list from the GeneSpring GX 10. To export the entity list, Right click on the selected entity list and select ‘Export List’ option.
