In the GO tree window -> Right-click -> Properties, I can see the “Show all genes” and “Show common genes” options. What is the difference between two?
This option could be used to see genes associated with multiple GO terms.
‘Show all genes’ shows union of all the genes associated to the selected GO terms.
‘Show common genes’ shows intersection of the genes associated to the selected GO terms
