KB005478: error “Required GO annotation column is not available"- GeneSpring GX. 

This error generally occurs if the technology(genome) does not have the  required GO annotations for the entities.

To confirm this, the user can right click on "All Entities" and then select "Inspect List".
In case, the GO annotations are not displayed here, it would mean that the technology (genome) is not updated with the required GO annotations.
