  • When I change the cut-off value of GO Analysis, I could see the change in the value of "Count in selection" in GeneSpring GX even though I have not changed the Entity list? What is the reason?
      In GO analysis as you change the p value cut-off,  the number of GO terms also changes.  Count in selection shows the number of  genes associated to that particular GO term. If p value cut-off increases then descendants(child) of GO term also increase as they pass the specified p value cut-off. The descendants of GO terms could be viewed in Gene Tree.
