After the files from the NCBI ftp site are downloaded, the same Biological Genome folder could be accessed to extract the annotations specific for each and every organism that has been listed. Based on the frequency of the updates done on the NCBI ftp site, the creation of the Biological Genome from the NCBI ftp site could be done periodically to ensure that it is up to date.
