KB005345: What Does Error Message "CSSpoolCp: Parameter 3: A value is outside the legal range" Indicate? - ChemStore 

This could be due to you might have unintentionally checked the 'Add Summed Peaks Table' in the report section without building the needed calibration table elements. While processing the data after completion of the run, ChemStation searches for the summed peak table, on it's unavailability it generates the error & aborts the sequence. Removing check on summed peak or creating a new method from Def_LC.m will solve this problem.
