Agilent Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis Software Patches Download Area
The following software patches are available for download. Click on the patch you wish to download. At this point your browser will probably ask you what it should do with the file. Select "Save File" or similar option and download the patch to an empty subdirectory on your hard disk. For ZIP archives you will need PKUNZIP or similar utility to expand the ZIP file. In addition, it adds the following enhancements to the G6829AA MassHunter BioConfirm Software rev. B.02.00:
1. Predicted modification - replace the "protein modification" and "sample handling artifacts" matching rules with "predicted modification"
for protein and protein digest sequence types. User can specify a list of predicted modifications for sequence matching.
2. Variable modification - support site specific variable modification for protein and peptide sequences
3. Oligonucleotide - allow you to create oligonucleotide sequences and do sequence matching for oligonucleotides.
Installation instructions are in the Service Note G3335AA MASSHUNTER SOFTWARE-35A.
