SCR #11989 |
|
Title |
Pesticides.mtl is only accessible by the user that installed PCD. |
|
Description |
To reproduce this problem:
Install PCD as User1. Login in as User2. The Pesticides.mtl file is read-only for that User2 so it doesn't work.
Workaround:
Use the Windows File Explorer to change the permissions for all the PCD (.mtl) database files to be write-able (not read-only) by all intended users.
These files are installed under the MassHunter "home" directory, under "databases". For example: D:\MassHunter\databases |

SCR #12437 |
|
Title |
Extra page in report when "print structures" is selected. |
|
Description |
To reproduce:
-run a single search -highlight 3 compounds in search results -right-click on results section and select Print Results -select "landscape", "fit to page", "only highlighted items", "include search parameters" and "print structures" -select 360X240 or 540x360 and print.
The report has 3 pages; page 3 is empty except for the column headers. |
|
SCR #13248 |
|
Title |
.mtl file should be called by generic name in Qual |
|
Description |
In Qualitative Analysis, the Open Database File dialog allows the user to choose files of type .csv or .mtl. The .mtl file type is called "Metlin database file". This should have a generic name in case the customer is using a different personal database product. |
|
SCR #14081 |
|
Title |
Structures can sometimes not be legible in printouts. |
|
Description |
When printing structures and using Fit to Page the structures can end up being too small to see.
Workaround:
Print in Landscape mode. |
