3. Known Problems Detailed Description
The following is the detailed descriptions of the known problems in the METLIN Personal Metabolite Database software. This section includes more extensive information from our defect tracking database. This section also includes any known workarounds or recovery paths

SCR #13340 |
|
Title |
Number of signficant figures in BioConfirm "Match Diff (ppm) column is incorrect. |
|
Description |
In the compound list, the "Match Diff (ppm)" is displayed out to 2 decimal places. Since the mass accuracy is a few ppm at best, the second digit after the decimal place is unnecessary. This column should show only 1 digit after the decimal at most. |
|
SCR #13992 |
|
Title |
ChemStation integrator for EIC calculation in deconvolution does not work. |
|
Description |
Currently, when a user selects the ChemStation integrator for Integrate and Deconvolute, the deconvolution fails when Extract EIC is selected. |
|
SCR #14186 |
|
Title |
Missing modification in Mods column in digest list and compound table. |
|
Description |
To reproduce:
Import a sequence with some modifications, then do a digest with miss cleavage set to 2.
In digest list, some digest pieces (with miss cleavages = 2) will miss a modification in Mods column in digest list. The Tgt Seq Mass calculation is correct for those digest pieces that miss modification in Mods column. This is only a UI display problem. The sequence matching result is correct. |
