Title Description Date Posted Download
Hotfix 47 15890: An error in the Oracle Create Script can cause Activitylog and Systemlog tables to not rollover to new tables after the tables are 1 million rows in size. Tuesday, December 18, 2007 Download (6.3 KB)
Hotfix 46 No module validation is availalbe for the ChemStore Scheduler Addin [Incident 37459] Wednesday, October 03, 2007 Download (47.2 MB)
Hotfix 45 Executing a workflow that sends an email with a file as an attachment causes the following error message: "The following error was returned from the BPMEmail assembly for this task. One or more files specified for email attachment do not exist." This error can be reported on ECM systems with multiple accounts. [Incident 37247] Wednesday, November 01, 2006 Download (1.1 MB)
Hotfix 44 BPM workflows did not function correctly when synonyms were referenced in the workflow. [Incident 35035] Tuesday, October 24, 2006 Download (1.2 MB)
Hotfix 42 ECM logins and file check in/out can take a few minutes to complete on systems with large numbers of LCDFs and users assigned to roles on LCDFs. [Incident 35916] Wednesday, October 11, 2006 Download (1.1 MB)
Hotfix 17 Electronic signature plug-in does not work with Adobe Acrobat 7.0. [Incident 31789] Friday, May 05, 2006 Download (493 KB)
Hotfix 38 The scheduler gives SQL Lite errors when running SQLITE_BUSY[5]: database is locked. SQLITE_BUSY [VI 34588] During the file deletion process, the deletemanager will hang - then automatically restart itself. The restart of the deletemanager prevents the rows in SCHDELETEFILES from being removed for the files that were physically deleted. The next time the deleteManager runs it will again grab the same list of files from the DB - then it complains during the deletion that the files do not exist. This prevents a complete list of files from being deleted. [VI 34986] Thursday, May 04, 2006 Download (17.2 MB)
Hotfix 19 1. When an iFilter attempts to filter the same file type as a non-iFilter, only the iFilter is performed. [VI 31468] 2. Different iFilters cannot operate on the same file type. [VI 31469] Wednesday, May 03, 2006 Download (1.6 MB)
Hotfix 33 Comprehensive Scheduler Agent update. Requires updated options CD. Scheduler tasks configured with the 'delete files older than' option that upload SSIZIP files do not pay attention to the 'delete based on' selection. These tasks always delete based on modified date/time. [VI 33389] Scheduler agents configured in multiple accounts do not use a unique user to upload files to each account causing upload failures. [VI 33456] Numerous earlier fixes also included. See Readme file in the download for more information. Monday, April 10, 2006 Download (16.6 MB)
Hotfix 4 This hotfix adds support for new Agilent 32-bit ChemStation files in the ChromViewer. Thursday, April 06, 2006 Download (6.1 MB)
Hotfix 34 Fixed TNF Conversion Speed. Fixed ORA0001 errors from the Scheduler Agent. Fixed token leaks on the file manager. Fixed an issue with overwriting moved files. The TNF service slows to one file every 25 seconds after their initial file upload. The Database CPU usage also increases. [VI 34245] When the user deletes files that are pending filtering but have failed to filter from the file filtering queue, the system deleted all of the files from the queue that have failed. This includes files pending upload to permanent storage location. Files can be lost in this operation. [VI 34298] File manager leaks login tokens. [VI 34201] Scheduler agent gives an ORA-00001: unique constraint (ECMP.PK_FILEGROUPS) violated error. Client gets this error when updating a file with the ChemStation addin. [VI 34690] The Move function deletes files without the correct user rights. A user with move permission can move a file into a folder where a file with same name already exists. The user can choose to overwrite the existing file with the same name which deletes the file. In such cases users now need to have file delete privileges on the folder that files are being moved to. Hotfix 30 The TNF process slows as the queue of files to be processed gets larger. [VI 34245] The RDS leaks memory in two processes. The first leak occurs when RDS accesses the registry and enters an error loop. The second happens when TNF logs data to the system registry via the RDS client proxy agent. [Incident 32183] Memory usage for IIS (dllhost.exe) grows continuously. Some functions within the CyberLABRDS.dll were leaving registry keys and tokens that should have been closed. [VI 31646] When a file transfer server is removed from the file transfer cluster in one account, it is also removed from the file transfer cluster in all other accounts. The CyberLABRDS.dll was modified so the call in RDS now checks the account before removing the file transfer server from the file transfer cluster. [VI 32887] Record Retention functions and all searches were not being performed asynchronously as intended. This would cause Internet request timeout errors when purging large numbers of documents with record retention or when a search on one metadata table takes more then 5 minutes to complete. The configuration of the CyberLABAsyncRDS.Search.1 component was set incorrectly during installation. Resetting the configuration per the instructions below will correct this. VI 32863] Monday, January 09, 2006 Download (1.1 MB)
Hotfix 29 The storage node in Account Administration will not open. A network error has occurred message is displayed instead. [VI 34367] Tuesday, December 27, 2005 Download (397 KB)
Hotfix 22 Long user and group names are not shown in selection dialog when assigning roles. [Incident 32765] Friday, August 26, 2005 Download (174 KB)
Hotfix 15 With a large database, some operations such as creating content folders, adding files, and deleting files take a long time or time out. [Incidents 30354, 31175] Note this is only for Oracle systems. Thursday, April 28, 2005 Download (1.2 MB)
Hotfix 14a In Account Administration, BPM Status, the date range selector does not use the Windows regional setting date format. It always shows MM/DD/YYYY. In addition, on European clients selecting dates after the 12th of a month, the following error occurs: "Cast from string ... to to type 'Date' is not valid." [Incident 31083] Thursday, April 28, 2005 Download (33 KB)
Hotfix 3 The application service has been updated to support iFilter-based filter packs that extract metadata sets (as with chromatography peak sets). Agilent ChemStation XML and HP LAS filter packs require this hotfix, for example. Wednesday, April 13, 2005 Download (28 KB)
Hotfix 11 When using the TNF Generator Service with an Oracle database, a database integrity constraint occurs when attempting to delete an SSIZIP file. [Incident 31068] Tuesday, April 12, 2005 Download (32 KB)
Hotfix 12 On systems using an Oracle database, when Scheduler Agent UploadManager attempts to update a file for delayed delete that was previously scheduled for an earlier version, a 'primary key violation' error occurs and the scheduled delete time is not updated. As a result, the file is deleted at the originally scheduled time rather than the updated time based on the new version's modified date. [Incident 31215] Thursday, April 07, 2005 Download (1.1 MB)
Hotfix 10 When using TNF Generator service, files that have not yet been processed by the TNF Generator service can be deleted when the cache is full and FileManager starts to purge. [31160] Monday, April 04, 2005 Download (7.7 KB)
Hotfix 1 ActivityLogCheck, MetaDataCheck, and SystemLogCheck SQL Server Agent Jobs fail to run. These are the jobs that create new database tables when the current tables exceed one million rows so that database performance does not degrade. [Incident 29709]

Note: If you downloaded before March 23, please download again. This has been updated.

Hotfix 8 A scheduler addin task that uploads an ssizip file from multiple files/folders with delete older than options specified can have files/folders partially deleted based on individual dates of modification. This results in a revision of the ssizip file with the partial contents. [Incident 30398] Friday, March 04, 2005 Download (16 MB)
Hotfix 7 Microsoft Windows Server 2003 was not supported. This download contains updated instructions for installing ECM and BPM to a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 server. Thursday, March 03, 2005 Download (610 KB)

Dynazip error=48" Following this changes are audited as though a new sheet was added by the user. [Incident 30565] Note: This hotfix also applies to ECM versions 3.0.1 and 3.1.0 Tuesday, February 22, 2005 Download (270 KB)
