SCR #12866

Title

MassHunter Workstation Acquisition can be closed while MassHunter Optimizer is running.

Description

One can inadvertently close MassHunter Workstation Acquisition while MassHunter Optimizer is running.  There are no warnings or error messages, and Optimizer stops and needs to close.

SCR 12876

Title

“Optimization complete” message may be hidden.

Description

There is an “Optimization complete” pop up message that may be behind other open applications.  In this case, the message is hidden, can be toggled to view, and then close.

SCR 13201

Title

Compound Browser Formula requires exact syntax and spaces to reference in table.

Description

In the Compound Browser, select Search Compounds/Formula and then enter a valid formula for a compound optimized.  For example, use C66H95O26N1 which should reference the [Glu] fibrinopeptide b that had been optimized previously and now part of the database.  Instead, spaces are required to correctly reference as C66 H95 O26 N19.  How the compound was entered is how it will be referenced in the browser.

Workaround

Use exact syntax and spacing as entered to reference Compound Browser correctly

SCR #13328

Title

MassHunter Optimizer changes default method folder in MassHunter Acquisition.

Description

After running and closing MassHunter Optimizer, load a method in MassHunter.  The default folder location is no longer D:\MassHunter\methods.

Workaround

Re-establish the method folder path by navigating to D:\MassHunter\methods.

SCR #13679

Title

“SaveAsProject” cannot overwrite as default.

Description

MassHunter Optimizer “SaveAsProject” cannot overwrite an existing project file name.

Workaround

“SaveAsProject” to a new project file name.

SCR #13703

Title

“All records” progress bar does not work accurately.

Description

While running MassHunter Optimizer, the “All records” progress bar (the second one on the bottom) does not update its status as expected.

SCR #13840

Title

Compound Setup Table does not maintain the order of each row when saved.

Description

Save a project after adding/importing some records with result in the Compound Setup tab (i.e.:  Add CompoundRow, MethodRows, PrecursorIonRow, and ProductIonRows) and then close.  Open the project again shows the order of each row of the Compound Table is not as it was when last saved.

SCR #13882

Title

Project must be saved first to see the Summary Results View.

Description

When the results are ready after optimization, the Summary Results View shows up empty (blank) unless project is saved first.

Workaround

Save project first to see Summary Results View.

SCR #14119

Title

G1367D ALS SL+ may have Invalid Plate Positions – B.02.00

Description

When using the newer G1367D ALS SL+ sampler, the plate positions may be invalid.

Workaround

SCR #14122

Title

Some Project Information Settings are Lost when upgrading (B.02.00 from B.01.04)

Description

When upgrading from B.01.04 to B.02.00 on 6410 Triple Quad LC/MS systems, some project information settings like all selected compound list, fine fragmentor, and etc.  are lost.

SCR #14187

Title

Deleting Project Information may not be Complete.

Description

When deleting project information such as a product ion row and then saved, the information may still be visible after re-loading the project.  This only occurs at first start up when the database is empty and for 1 project with 1 compound.
