Agilent Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis Software Patches Download Area
The following software patches are available for download. Click on the patch you wish to download. At this point your browser will probably ask you what it should do with the file. Select "Save File" or similar option and download the patch to an empty subdirectory on your hard disk. For ZIP archives you will need PKUNZIP or similar utility to expand the ZIP file. Once the archive is expanded, follow the directions in the readme file.
Note: Only apply a patch to the particular revision of the Agilent software product for which it was intended. Applying patches to the incorrect revision of Agilent software may result in corruption of your application software and your data.
This patch fixes the following problems with the Easy-Access rev. A.04.01 software running on the LC or LC/MS ChemStation software:
- Under some circumstances, if the Easy-Access system encounters a missing vial it will stop with an error, even though the Easy-Access Administrator has deselected the "Stop on missing vial" checkbox in the Autosampler tab of the System Configuration panel.
- The UV Wavelength set in the Sample Login screen is not applied during the run if the detector is a G1315C Diode Array Detector.
