Abstract: The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer is the most successful lab-on-a-chip instrument to date. It is the only industry microfluidic platform capable of performing electrophoretic assays for RNA, DNA and proteins, as well as two-color flow cytometry. The Agilent 2100 Expert Software is the single software solution created for this system. The latest revision B.02.07 offers a variety of new features, including the support of the new High Sensitivity DNA kit for detection and quantification of DNA down to the low pg range. With revision B.02.07 the Agilent 2100 Expert Software is now also compatible with the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system.
