Abstract: Differential analysis of Agilent 6210 TOF and Agilent 6510 Q-TOF MS data using Agilent MassHunter Profiling software. This Application Note describes: • Separation of compounds in complex samples using an Agilent 1200 Series Rapid Resolution LC system and Agilent ZORBAX Rapid Resolution High Throughput columns. • Identification of unknown compounds by empirical formula calculation from high mass accuracy data acquired with the Agilent 6410 time-of-flight and QTOF mass spectrometer. • Fast, computer-assisted analysis of complex mass spectrometry data using the Agilent MassHunter Profiling software. • Examination of differences in related samples in different applications using the Agilent MassHunter Profiling software.
