Abstract: Advances in miRNA research have led to the increased demand for techniques appropriate for the analysis of this small RNA subclass. This Application Note describes the use of the Small RNA assay with the Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer to quickly and efficiently analyze and monitor miRNA content in total RNA samples.
