Agilent | Pathway Interaction Databases

Pathway Interaction Databases have been updated and are now available for download. Many new interactions and references for existing interactions have been added for human, mouse, rat, Drosophila, C. elegans, S. cerevisiae, E. coli, Arabidopsis, and common. These new updates can be downloaded from within the GeneSpring GX application. From the Annotations menu, select Update Pathway Interactions, and select From Agilent Server.

Unlike other product updates in GeneSpring GX, users will not receive automatic notification of the Pathway Interaction Database update availability. In future versions of GeneSpring, automatic notification of Pathway Interaction database updates will be put in place.
