A lot of time in the laboratory is spent on reviewing and approving final reports/ documents.
This document review is typically a multi-step process. Because the review and approval is manual and many reports (chromatographic, SOPs, validation, final results) are to be reviewed, approval is slow.
The demonstration shows how Agilent OL Business Process Manager (BPM) can be used to automate document review and approval. A BPM review process routes a report to different reviewers for approval and notifies reviewers with an automated email notification. BPM allows the delegation of activities for absent reviewers and ensures the full traceability of the review progress at any time. Ultimately Agilent OL BPM speeds up review and approval of reports/ documents.
