These videos will help familiarize you with using Easy Sequence to create sequences.

Easy Sequence is a new user interface introduced in G2x70BA ChemStation B.04.02 in September 2009 to provide an easier-to-use Sequence Interface for setup of sequences from templates.  The Easy Sequence user interface is organized into 3 tabs:

Easy Sequence - used to create a sequence from the template created in the Easy Sequence Setup.
Sequence Queue - multiple and different sequences can be added to the queue.
Easy Sequence Setup - used to create templates which are the starting point for creating sequences.

Easy Sequence Setup (3:30)
Easy Sequence Setup is used to create templates ahead of time to specify the samples, methods, and vials. Templates are used for quick and easy sequence generation in the Easy Sequence tab and added to the queue to be run.
Extended Parameters in Easy Sequence (1:22)
Extended Parameters includes a Sequence Parameters tab and a Sequence Output tab.  Sequence Parameters is used to define information common to the samples in a sequence.
Sequence Output in Easy Sequence (1:30)
The Sequence Output dialog box allows you activate a Sequence Summary Report for the sequence.
Setting up samples to run using two injectors in Easy Sequence (1:12)
There are 3 Dual Injection Modes when using 2 auto injectors with Easy Sequence:  Custom, Throughput, and Confirmation.
Bracketing Calibration in Easy Sequence (2:05)
A bracketing calibration sequence inserts a calibration standard into the sequence before and after a set interval of samples. Samples are not quantified until the follow-up calibration standard runs.
Cyclic Claibration in Easy Sequence (3:34)
A cyclic calibration sequence inserts a calibration standard into the sequence at set intervals that are defined in the Calibration Interval field.
Simple Calibration in Easy Sequence (1:45)
A simple calibration sequence inserts a Calibrant, QC Sample, or Blank run at Sequence Start or Sequence End. There are no repeating calibrations.
Using Easy Sequence to Create a Sequence (1:46)
The Easy Sequence tab is used to create a sequence from the template created in the Easy Sequence Setup.
Easy Sequence Queue (3:03)
The Sequence Queue allows multiple sequences to be scheduled.  Each sequence is sent to Data System when appropriate.
