The following is an example of our typical process, however, we pride ourselves on being flexible and unique customer requirements will be accommodated.
1. New Customers or Projects.
- New customers should email pdl-boulderinfo@agilent.com and within 24 hours, one of our local, highly experienced Business Development Managers will contact you.
2. Agilent Business Development Contact
- Due to the extremely confidential nature of this business, one of the first steps the Business Development Manager will take is to put in place a simple mutual Confidentiality Agreement.
3. Statement of Work
- The Business Development Manager will discuss your specific oligo API needs and work with Project Management and internal Agilent teams to develop a detailed Statement of Work (SOW).
- To ensure the SOW meets your needs, the Business Development Manager will either deliver it in person or arrange a conference call to discuss the document in detail and answer any questions.
4. Supply and Quality Agreements
- Agilent does not require a Supply or Quality agreement to be in place for non-GMP production. However, we encourage all customers to take advantage of these agreements and are happy to provide templates for discussion. Once you enter into GMP production, Agilent requires that you have an executed supply and service agreement for the mutual benefit of both parties.
5. Quality Audit
Customers are welcomed and encouraged to visit our GMP facility and audit our quality systems.
6. Statement of Work Acceptance
The SOW is accepted by providing a commitment in writing to Agilent.
7. Project Management Organization
Your Business Development Manager will introduce you to your Project Manager. Your Project Manager is dedicated to your project. He/she will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of your specific project.
The Agilent Project Manager will establish and host a kick-off meeting and schedule bi-weekly team meetings through the duration of the project. The Project Manager will include various Agilent team members at these meetings, depending on customer need. Customers are welcome to visit the facility at any time.
