The system contains several individual purchasable components (columns, buffers, and consumables) that are defined based on sample source and other factors. Components are purchased as separate items.
- Immunoaffinity-based Columns - PEEK columns containing affinity resin materials and with standard LC fittings that are compatible with most LC pumps or instrumentation. Columns include Human 14, Human 7, Human 6, Human Albumin/IgG, Human Albumin, and Mouse 3
- Optimized Buffers - Two proprietary buffers that are used with the columns – Buffer A for loading, equilibrating, and washing the columns, and Buffer B for eluting the retained highly abundant proteins
- Spin Filters and Concentrators - Convenient spin filters (0.22 µm for sample cleanup before injection) and spin concentrators (for concentrating the collected low-abundant proteins in the flow-through fractions obtained with the columns).
