Helijet
The coolest accessory for cryo-crystallography
The Helijet has been specifically designed so you can use Agilent’s X-ray crystallography systems for ultra low temperature experiments in the range of <15-75 Kelvin. Its design provides an effective cold stream up to 5 mm from the nozzle with a very uniform temperature distribution. A ring of shielding nitrogen gas prevents ice from forming on the nozzle or your crystal. The patented system also reduces helium consumption to less than two liters per hour. The Helijet can be mounted on diffractometers and synchrotrons of other manufacturers.
