Agilent 1260 Infinity and 1290 Infinity Pumping Systems

Agilent offers pumping systems for all HPLC needs, providing excellent flow and composition stability over a wide range of flow rates and an even better power range:

  • Analytical flow rate range (0.05 - 10 mL/min) – up to 600 bar (1260) and up to 1200 bar (1290) respectively
  • Low flow rate range (0.001 - 2.5 mL/min)
  • Preparative rate flow range (2.0 - 100 mL/min)

Agilent 1260 Infinity Isocratic Pump
The 1260 isocratic pump now delivers highest performance for isocratic LC with 600 bar as standard. Being an entry-level to modular LC the pump is designed for day-to-day QA/QC and GPC applications.  It offers modular flexibility and the option to upgrade towards gradient operation.

Agilent 1260 Infinity Binary Pump
The 1260 Binary Pump delivers superior gradient accuracy  by high pressure mixing up to 600 bar now at a significantly reduced RRLC price. The pump supports any standard HPLC application up to 5 ml/min (4.6 and 3mm column ID) as well as high throughput, high resolution RRLC applications using sub-two-micron columns for LC-UV and LC-MS applications with narrow bore columns (2.1 mm ID).

Agilent 1260 Infinity Quaternary Pump
The 1260 Quaternary Pump provides highest flexibility in solvent mixing enabeling extended automated mobile phase blending and quaternary gradient functionality. With 600 bar as standard high resolution RRLC can become routine. The pump is recommended for a wide range of research applications, for method development, and for routine 24/7 usage. Hereby covering analytical flow rates as well as semi-prep up to 10 ml/min.

Agilent 1290 Infinity Binary Pump
The 1290 Binary Pump delivers the industry’s best-in class analytical power range for ultimate chromatographic performance and flexibility in HPLC, RRLC and UHPLC. Designed for lowest delay volumes down to 10 µL combined with active damping and the new multilayer-based Agilent Jet Weaver mixer this pump enables ultra fast gradients on narrow bore columns. This results in superior system performance at highest analysis speed and is therefore the perfect front-end for LC/UV and LC/MS applications.

Agilent 1260 Infinity Capillary Pump
The 1260 Infinity Capillary Pump features Electronic Flow Control (EFC)  for real-time adjustment of the flow rate – offers better control and flexibility of capillary low flow rates. The pump is ideally suited for capillary LC/UV and LC/MS applications, like bio-pharmaceutical research, where sample volumes are limited and higher sensitivity is essential. The 1260 Infinity Capillary Pump can also be configured to deliver standard LC flow rate up to 2.5 mL/min.

Agilent 1260 Infinity Nanoflow Pump
The 1260 Infinity Nanoflow Pump uses a unique solvent delivery technology optimized for nanoliter-per-minute flows and features Electronic Flow Control (EFC) with active feedback and real-time adjustment of the flow rate. The resulting accurate and precise flow provides superb retention time reproducibility and  stable ion generation essential for high sensitivity nanospray MS. Proteomics is a typical application area for the nanoflow pump. The Nanoflow LC System  is used for multidimensional chromatography and LC/MS/MS for protein identification (online and offline 2D LC). The Nano Pump can also be configured to deliver standard LC flow rate up to 2.5 mL/min.
