Agilent HPLC-Chip Sensitivity: Sulfadomethoxine in Serum
Sulfadimethoxine was analyzed with the HPLC-Chip/MS system and LC/MSD Trap XCT mass spectrometer. A 1 µL sample was injected on the enrichment column and forward flushed to the analytical column for separation and detection by the MS. An LOD of 10 fg (32 attomoles) was estimated from the serum blank.
