Cell LabChip Data Evaluation
The animation shows how easy data evaluation with the Cell Fluorescence software is. The 3 types of cell events are displayed in histograms or dot-plots. The final result is achieved in only 3 simple steps. No complex fluorescence compensation is needed and marker setting for definition of cell populations can be done by anyone in the lab.

Automated data acquisition from six cell samples.
Detection of 2 color fluorescence intensities for 3 event types (blue, red and blue/red fluorescing cells).
Sorting events in histograms according to their intensity.
Sorting events in dot plots according to their intensity.
Mark one population in the blue histogram (high intensity blue and blue/red events).
After "gating on" this sub-population the red histogram shows all high intensity events (blue/red).
Read result for the cells of interest (blue/red) as a percentage of all reference cells.
