Cell Assay LabChip Run
This animation demonstrates detection of fluorescent labeled cell suspensions with microfluidic technology.
All six cell samples move by vacuum driven forces in parallel. The detection optics are adjusted to each sample
channel in sequential manner for about 250 seconds.

Discover the analysis of cell fluorescence parameters on a chip.
Buffer (green) and suspension of pre-stained cells (yellow) are loaded into the chip wells.
A vacuum is applied to one well (V). Pressure driven flow is used to move cells and liquids.
Zoom in to the micro-channel level
Cells are hydrodynamically focused to a portion of the channel by a side stream of buffer.
Cells pass the fluorescence detector in single file for excitation and emission in two wavelengths.
