- Windows 2000 or NT 4.0 (Service Pack 6), minimum 1024x768 pixel screen resolution and 16-bit color for Flow Calculator Software. 7890A GC requires NT4.0 (SP6)
Note: Both PCM and Aux EPC provide real-time ambient temperature compensation for retention time (RT) repeatability and stability. However, PCM also provides real-time atmospheric pressure compensation for even more precise RT repeatability and stability.
NOTE: Individual applications will vary but most switch systems will include two flow sources while most splitter systems will include two detectors.
Recommended:
- If a split/splitless inlet is not used, order Solvent Vapor Exit Accessory (Agilent part number G2399A) to accomplish back flushing
- Agilent ChemStation
- Automated sample introduction is recommended for best performance for reproducibility
