DNA Analysis
The Agilent double-stranded DNA and PCR application is a convenient
method to determine the size of double-stranded DNA and PCR products.
Using a dissolved polymer sieving system, size-dependent DNA separations
can be simple, efficient, and highly automated. The separation
buffer can be rapidly flushed from the capillary to maintain reproducible
separations and prevent fouling from run to run.The Agilent ChemStation
automatically generates a Ferguson plot for size determination.
