SurePrint G3 Human CNV Microarray Kit 2 x 400K 

The Agilent SurePrint G3 Human CNV Microarray Kit 2 x 400K is a high resolution genome-wide tool for characterizing known copy number variation (CNV) regions.  The content on the array was derived from the Database of Genomic Variants and segmental duplications from the UCSC track.  The median spacing in CNVs is approximately 1 Kb for detection and characterization of a large set of known CNVs.  Because the 2 x 400K format has the flexibility to run two samples on a single chip, it can significantly reduce costs.
