Agilent's new high density microarray manufacturing capability has ushered in a new series of gene expression microarray products that not only reduce cost per sample, but help improve overall assay performance.
Low Cost and High Performance

By shrinking the size of our whole genome microarray to 1/4 the previous size, Agilent has reduced the cost of running microarray experiments while improving our industry leading sensitivity, dynamic range and reproducibility. |

Highly Reproducible

Agilent's new Four-plex microarrays enable a more reproducible result. The new smaller array size facilitates concentration of the hybridization solution and overall increase of the detectable signal. This higher signal coupled with our highly uniform microarray features, a hallmark of Agilent microarrays, provides for a remarkable assay reproducibility of 4-6% coefficient of variation. |

More Genes Detected

The increased signal of the new Four-plex microarrays along with the Agilent Scanner XDR (extend dynamic range) capability provides researchers with a platform that detects more gene expression than ever before. Using the Statagene Universal Reference RNA, approximately 4,000 additional genes were detected when compared to our whole-slide format. |
