Consider these work scenarios:

  • You’re given a project assignment and you lack an instrument operation skill that’s required to complete it. The schedule for the next Agilent training course doesn’t match your project deadline.
  • You need to refresh your existing knowledge on operating and maintaining an Agilent instrument to meet your professional development goals, but the multi-day classroom-training course that Agilent is offering covers subjects you already know.
  • You have a heavy work schedule and can’t afford to take time away from the workplace to obtain training on that new Agilent instrument component that you ordered—and it’s days away from being installed in your lab. Your manager wants it up and running immediately.
  • You’re training a new employee to operate an Agilent instrument. While it’s on-the-job training for the new employee, it’s off-the-job responsibilities for you because your analytical work is piling up.

Do these scenarios sound all too familiar? Agilent’s new e-Learning courses can help. Now, Agilent offers training that matches your project schedule, meets your knowledge requirements, eliminates the need to leave your workplace, and reduces the time you spend mentoring new employees.

Learning that revolves around you
Agilent has introduced a new e-Learning curriculum for the 6890 Series GC. E-Learning from Agilent offers a complete series of focused and individualized instrument training modules designed to fill the gaps and complement your existing knowledge, capabilities, and skills in using the Agilent 6890 Series GC system.

Created for experienced as well as new lab professionals, e-Learning enhances and simplifies your overall learning experience while providing an opportunity for improvement of your essential skills. You can take the courses from the convenience of a PC at work, at home, or wherever you can connect to the Internet.

Focused, brief training that meets your needs and your schedule
Agilent’s e-Learning modules provide you with in-depth instruction on the theory, operation, routine instrument maintenance, and common problems and solutions for the 6890 Series GC. You can choose from two types of e-Learning:

  • e-Learning On Demand gives you absolute flexibility by being available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It uses focused, animated Web-based instructional content, and all materials are available on-line.
  • e-Learning Live features an instructor with classes at set times. e-Learning Live is scheduled at convenient times across the globe. It doesn’t matter where you’re located; anyone can attend a scheduled event from any region—worldwide.
