A powerful, high-capacity solution
Our new Renewable Gas Purification System is designed to do more with less. A single renewable cartridge filters 850 cc oxygen, 12 grams H20 and 8 grams n-butane (filtration of hydrocarbons varies by type) and improves 99.995% gas purity to 99.9995%. Other purification systems may require multiple cartridges to achieve the same filtration capacity.
Not only does each cartridge do a better job of filtering more types of contaminants, it also handles more volume overall. Each single cartridge is designed to filter approximately 20 cylinders of gases. Even better, each single cartridge supports up to four GC systems.
The Renewable Gas Purification System’s high capacity means you’ll be purchasing replacement cartridges less frequently. Based on average flow rate and consumption estimates, you should need to replace your cartridge only once a year. When it is time to replace the cartridge, instead of sending it to the landfill, send it back to Agilent for regeneration. You may choose a new cartridge or a regenerated replacement cartridge. Regenerated cartridges have the same specifications and effectiveness at a lower price – saving you money while helping to save the environment.
A convenient, easy to use system
Unlike the cumbersome gas traps of the past, the Renewable Gas Purification System consists of a small wall- or bench-mountable base and a single tri-functional purification cartridge. A simple twist on/off knob and a guide rod make cartridge changes – when they are needed – quick and easy.
Dual indicators make it easy to see the purification results and to monitor use, so your recyclable cartridge can be replaced before contaminants break through and cause unscheduled downtime. Thoughtful labelling shows indicator color to make accurate reading quick and easy.
