 Agilent Technologies combines its more than 35 years of expertise and chemical analysis knowledge with specialized capabilities from selected partners to provide laboratory and mobile solutions.
To confirm and identify Biological Warfare Agents (BWA), such as anthrax, Agilent has teamed with MIDI, Inc., to provide a solution. The solution uses Agilent's state-of-the-art instrumentation with MIDI's bioterrorism reference library to quickly identify the bacteria and its strain. The reference library was developed in collaboration with the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID).
