Description:
This course is designed for those who have the responsibility for the preventive maintenance and first level repair of the Agilent 7890 GC and 7683 ALS. The course covers preventive maintenance for split/Splitless inlets, FID and TCD detectors and mainframe and electronics hardware. The current version of ChemStation will be used during the training but the course is software independent and will apply regardless of your instrument controller.

Prerequisites:
Practical Gas Chromatography (R1915A) or at least three months experience with the operation of the Agilent 7890.
Equipment: Agilent 7890 GC with Flame Ionization and Thermal Conductivity Detectors and ChemStation software. 
Student Profile: Operators with preventive maintenance responsibilities or instrument technicians with first level maintenance responsibilities.
