The Level III class will cover an additional advanced data analysis tools. Participants will learn how to map the results of the analyses to biological contexts, using Gene Ontologies, pathways and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis. The day will conclude with a complete workflow analysis using the new GX 10 Guided Workflow.
