Prerequisites:
A basic liquid chromatography course such as Techniques of Modern HPLC (H1186A) is required. A basic mass spectrometry course is desirable as well as one month on the instrument.
Equipment: Agilent provided laptop computer loaded with the Agilent 1100 LC/MSD ION TRAP ChemStation software. 
Student Profile: This course is suitable for anyone who wishes to expand his or her knowledge of the Agilent 1100 LC/MSD ION TRAP. A fundamental knowledge of chemistry is important to understand the solution chemistry.
