Day One: Introduction to Windows and the HPLC ChemStation; Creating a Method, Acquisition; Data Analysis and Integration; Quantification; Basic Reporting
Day Two: Sequence and Batch Review; Advanced Reporting; Custom Report Design; The Diagnosis View
Day Three: Diode Array Optimization; Spectral Data Analysis; Library Searching

Prerequisites:

Techniques of Modern HPLC (H1186A) or Practical High Performance Liquid Chromatography (H5930A) or equivalent.

Equipment:

Agilent provided laptop PC's using Agilent ChemStation software.

Student Profile:

A novice user of the HPLC ChemStation who has a fundamental knowledge of liquid chromatography.
