CGH Array Analysis with CGH Analytics
| $500(USD) |
R1713A |
1 Day |
Computer Only |
| $500(CAD) |
| Description: |
This workshop presents a complete overview of the features available in CGH Analytics. The course begins with an
introduction to the basic principles of comparative genomic hybridization (CGH), followed by information about Agilent’s array-CGH platform.
A real dataset is used to demonstrate the features available in the application, including scatter plots, moving average, aberration and penetrance
reports, aberration algorithms [z score, CBS, ADM1, ADM2], centralization, fuzzy zero error model and joint CGH/expression analyses.
Additional highlights of the software that will be covered include import of universal data files, color coded QC-metrics, and CNV annotations. |
| Outline: |
- CGH Overview
- Import Data and Set up Experiments
- QC Metrics
- Visualizing Data
- Aberration Algorithms
- Common Aberration Analysis
- Joint CGH and Gene Expression Analysis
